Several small businesses have sued the Trump administration for imposing a series of “Liberation Day” tariffs on numerous countries. Plaintiffs argues these tariffs are impacting small businesses across the country, and that the President has no authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to issue these worldwide tariffs without congressional approval.
